Preparing For Your Spiritual Renewal

This program is designed as an At-Home Healing Retreat so you can deeply digest the content and experience the restorative power of Nature and lunar cycle without outward distractions.

This retreat is your time to leave the everyday routine, even for 30-min per day, and begin a nourishing practice for your care and the care you share.

Preparing Your Retreat Space

It is also a good idea to give your entire home a good 'spring' cleaning before the New Moon on April 27th. This will remove stagnated dust, and the act of cleaning will offer an opportunity to connect with your home, clearing away the old and generating space for the new.

I inspire you to clean outdoor areas you can use for program practices as well.
